About the event

Our current approach to change management is fundamentally flawed. We over-invest in the start, focusing too much time and effort on change preparation such as developing business cases, planning activities, aligning leaders, and communicating the "what" and "why." This front-loaded energy is often driven by a need to appease leadership, and while an organized launch feels like success, it diverts critical resources away from the sustainment phase, which happens in the middle of the organization.

We cannot afford to let continuous change fail because the organizational middle is paralyzed. No amount of initial planning can fix this. Instead, we must shift our resources to engaging, and most importantly trusting, the voices in the middle to generate the movement and understanding required for change to endure.
